As the courtoom videos below shockingly demonstrate, family court judges are now seizing the children of couples engaged in divorce proceedings.
The mother of a Kentucky woman involved in a divorce details on a YouTube page the arbitrary and viciously punitive measure taken by a judge. Her children were not in danger and taken “with no dependency action, no warrant, no affidavit and outside of the Judge’s jurisdiction. We have court documents, court video and voice recordings that show the law was ignored and my daughters constitutional rights have been grossly violated,” she writes.
“It has been over two months since the children were taken and there has been no hearing as the law requires,” she continues. “This is because they already ignored the law when they took the children, so why have a hearing? We are awaiting a decision by the Kentucky Court of Appeals on a writ that my daughter filed. This should scare the hell out of parents everywhere.”
Family Courts started as eugenics courts that were used to sterilize parents deemed unsuitable to have children by the state, a practice that was not curtailed until the late 70′s.
Children are five times more likely to die from physical abuse and eleven times more likely to be sexually abused under state “child protection” care.
As Melinda Pillsbury-Foster and others have documented, state CPS units grab children and treat them as commodities to be sold. “The CPS steals children using the system paid for by citizens who believe it is being used to protect those in need. That is a fraud,” Pillsbury-Foster writes, “the system actually pumps money into the personal accounts of all those involved in the system, converting children into cash while destroying them and their families. The number of children who emerge from the system, able to function normally, are near zero. Some are never seen again.”

This judge needs to be removed from family court. I think he is in the early stages of dementia or maybe he has always been crazy. I hope there is someone in the Kentucky judicial system who overrides this travesty of the law and see that this family has their children returned immediately.
This is disgusting!
My advice to the family is to get out of Kentucky if they can or at least find a county there where the judges adjudicate the law according to the US Constitution.

I recommend the same landfill they threw the body parts from the Twin Towers into.
You know, the ones they didn’t fill NYC potholes with. I believe they threw them into the Fresh Kills River land-fill. The worms don’t care what they eat.
Government taking children from their parents in order to protect them reminds me of invading Iraq to protect the Iraqi people from a terrible dictator. The outcome is similar. The children are put up for adoption then raped by the pedophiles who adopt them. The invasion of Iraq produced more killings and casualties in 8 years by American troops than Saddam Huisaan could have inflicted in 100 years.
i was put in a foster home when i was nine. i was put on a farm and used as slave labor. my foster father was a pervert but i was too afraid of saying anything because back then there was no 800 number to call. i knew of one girl who spoke up when the same thing happened to her. she was called a liar and the social worker sided with the foster parents and she was labeled as mentally incompetent and put in a state mental hospital. i was afraid of the same thing happening to me, so the only thing i could do was fend of my sicko foster father until i was able to find another foster home when i was 17. both my foster parents are dead now and the cloud of hatred has finally been lifted from me. i didnt shed a tear when he died. my foster mother still considered me her slave up until she finally passed away about a week ago. i feel i can finally be a peace. as for my foster parents…..let God sort them out.

I’ve known several foster kids who were on all kinds of meds and used for sex.
this system IS overrun with gay-nazi-paedo-pervs feeding their buddies victims.
CPS workers, judges who command the police, politicians, all protecting this!
I saw it all happening 25 years ago, no joke.
you cant go to the “law” because theyre entrenched in this system,
so theres only one way left to “arrest” them, it doesnt involve their courtrooms.

CDC forced vaccines already showed us that parents won’t protect their kids. Now this will become a trend. Seriously, this will become a trend until it becomes legal. It’ll never go in any other direction except down.
I know what your going through, I was raised a foster child, went to high school and college. I went back to see my biological mother and later she killed herself from alcohol overdose. I had the misery of taking her off of life support too. I often wondered if she still had her children would she have recovered, or not, only the Lord knows now. She wouldn’t stop drinking, and the way society was back in the 50′s, women had no jobs or rights, Kennedy changed that, so don’t forget it.
I was born with an unknown father, but the most important father in my Life is the Lord, I feel good and assured everyday in knowing this. I see my foster mom continually, and always remember what my mentor told me when I was struggling in my adolescent days, “children will always suffer, always remember this.”
I’m not saying Judges are right, they are human too, but if the Judges back in 61 didn’t remove me from my mother, the question always lies in my heart; what would’ve happened to me ? Life is a dichotomy, nobody really knows, not even Judges. Now, I’m self employed for the past 28 years, still struggling, but I have a son now with the same given last name that was given to me; he’s in college too ! He’s totally different then me, he doesn’t know the terrible time I grew up with. The suffering will always be in my heart, but his happiness is all I live for now.
Keeping a family together is the greatest thing a community and government can do, but if they should feel something is not right or unsafe, they have to live with that determination; although I can assure you, the protection will be mandatory and safeguarded for the children, that I can attest too. Bury the Ax ! Judges don’t like making decisions like this ! If the situation changes and dramatically is in favor of the courts, a reversal is always waiting with open arms ! Don’t suffer the children, they have enough to suffer with growing up !
